Prelaunch Privacy Notice

Current status

ElseHour is currently an independent prelaunch project. No company entity has been formed, no public app accounts exist, and no public privacy or support contact has been activated. An accountable operator identity and contact will be published before personal-data collection begins.

This page is a prelaunch notice for an informational website. It is not the Privacy Notice for an available ElseHour application and is not part of an active app-policy triplet.

Information this site currently accepts

The current prelaunch build does not accept or transmit waitlist email addresses, support requests, app content, commitment text, account credentials, or payment information. The early-access field is deliberately disabled until an operator, public contact, retention period, consent version, and secure storage endpoint are configured.

Hosting and connection data

If this informational build is later hosted through Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process ordinary connection and security data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. The exact production configuration and retention must be reviewed before public deployment.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising

This build contains no advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, marketing cookies, or cross-site tracking. It does not use browser storage to profile visitors. A future measurement tool may be added only after its purpose, data fields, retention, legal basis, and deletion behavior are documented here.

Future early-access collection

Before the waitlist is enabled, this notice will be replaced with an effective notice that identifies:

• the accountable operator or legal entity and public contact;
• the email and optional qualification data collected;
• the purposes and legal basis for processing;
• the storage provider, subprocessors, regions, and retention periods;
• unsubscribe, access, correction, export, and deletion routes;
• the exact consent and policy version recorded with a request.

ElseHour application data

No application data is collected through this site. The planned product may process a commitment a user chooses to submit, structured facts, planning ranges, choices, response drafts, settlements, statements, and optional minimized calendar availability. Those data flows will receive a separate reviewed Privacy Notice before accounts open.

Your current choices

Because this build does not accept email addresses or create accounts, there is currently no waitlist record or app account to access or delete through ElseHour. See Account deletion for the launch boundary.

Contact

No professional privacy contact has been established. A public contact will be published before this site accepts personal information. This absence is a release blocker, not permission to route private requests through an undisclosed personal address.
